For performance training in Port Melbourne, Momentum Performance Training is a leader in delivering high-quality strength and conditioning programs for driven individuals looking to physically prepare themselves for sports performance, specific events or general fitness.  We coach in small group or individual settings so you can get the most out of each of your sessions.

We have assembled an elite team of coaches with backgrounds in elite sport (AFL, NFL, Rugby, Rowing, Triathlon) who can cater to athletes and individuals of all abilities and skill levels. We are also home to one of the only Gym Jones fully certified trainers in Victoria and one of only a handful in Australia, this means Momentum PT is the perfect place to help you physically & mentally prepare for your goal no matter how big or small the task is. 

Our training philosophy places emphasis on performance over aesthetics, building genuine horsepower that can translate to real-world applications.
