With the amount of time we spend sitting at our desks & hunching over our phones, it is super important to make sure you strengthen & activate your upper back & shoulders.
This is a great exercise to get the supportive musculature of the shoulders ready for upper body lifting as well as strengthen any weak/troublesome areas.
You only need a light weight and focus on pause briefly at the top of the movement and emphasise on retracting the scapula.
