About Adam:
I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2004. Since that time I’ve worked as a Personal trainer, lecturer, strength and conditioning coach and gym manager. My exercise background started in Athletics as a teenager and Bodybuilding in my early twenties.

I enjoy a variety of training methods and systems and working with a range of clients; from the complete beginner to someone stepping on stage to compete in bodybuilding or physique competitions - from people looking to increase their quality of life to someone looking to increase the finer aspects of their sporting performance. I also equally share an interest in another aspect of health and performance - more specifically Nutrition. Interests include helping shed some light on simple strategies for improving health and vitality – right up to the advanced methodologies used to get into single digit body fat.

Consistency, with a bit of flexibility. This applies to both exercise and nutrition. If you can be reasonably consistent, and give yourself enough wiggle room to enjoy life – you’ve found the ‘magic bullet’. EXTREMES DO NOT WORK LONG TERM!
