Nicole became a personal trainer to supplement her job as as dance teacher, but fell in love with it once she saw the massive impact and positive change it can have on clients.
Nicole believes that it is vital to lead by example and live a fit and healthy lifestyle so that she can help encourage and motivate her clients to do the same. Her preferred training style is strength and conditioning as she feels that this method of training can not only improve health and fitness but can also help her clients to step out of their comfort zone's and realise they are capable of far more then they think. Nicole is very passionate about women’s health and wants to help women feel comfortable in their own skin. Not only does she want them to feel fitter and stronger, but more importantly, feel confident and happy within them selves.
Nicole is available for 1 on1 and small group training sessions at our Port Melbourne location and runs multiple group training session as well is the head of of womens program.
