Kicking off on the 1st of October, the 6 week off Season strength camp is for the athlete looking to make the most of their downtime before launching back into pre-season training. The program will consist of 4 targeted strength & power based sessions per week with an emphasis on injury prevention, strength and power development, and hypertrophy. With the program tailored to suit the needs of the individual athletes.
We are only offering 16 spots in this intake with early bird pricing running until the 24th of September.

Sessions will be running 4 nights per week for approximately a 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 5pm & 7pm
Friday - 5pm
(a minimum of 2 sessions per week is recommended but ideally 4 sessions to receive the maximum benefit).
